I try a benchmarch graphical where the real performances of vmware are looked at, exist?

Doubtful, due to VMware's restrictions on such.

Benchmark WHAT, specifically? Realize (and this is the reason VMware restricts publication of benchmark data) that almost all benchmark utilities out there are not written to accurately measure the way virtual machines operate. They all assume exact CPU clocks, etc. which is NOT the case in a virtual world.
