vmware workstation 15 visual crash

my virual pc crash while i am playing a game (olg game), i use virtual for multiaccount login, but crash when a visual effect apeare, then i open the virtual pc like nothing happen and enter the game, until i get the same virtual crash for the efect of a player,

Hi,

DirectX 11 is not supported on VMware Workstation 15, you need Workstation 16 for that.

Workstation 16 is not yet released, but you can try the tech preview:
