softlockup on Fedora 7 with vmplayer 3

Hello, All,

I'm running into some soft lockup issue with vmplayer 3 on a Quaud Core machine with Fedora 7( linux kernel 2.6.21). It happens under heavy cpu load when vmware-vmx is using almost all the CPUs. The guestos is windows vista. Usually after running from couple of hours to 1 day, we'll hit some soft lockup message on the host Linux. Has anybody else run into the same problem? Or even better, does anybody have a fix for this?
