I get the error "An Internal error occurred while preparing to run your virutal machine" when I'm connect to the network and try to open VMWare Player. If I log off AND disconnect the network cable VMWare Player opens without an error. Running Netware and XP Pro w/sp3. Installed on another computer same problem. Works fine in another physical location running Netware and XP Pro w/sp3.
