ovf tool 4.3.0 does not create ovf file and mf file

When I use ovftool 4.3.0 on Windows to export VM from ESXi. 6.7.0, Ovf file and mf file were not created.
Only vmdk file was created.

Command I used is
.\ovftoo.exe --noImageFiles vi://root;PW/@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/VM4TH  \tmp

If you do not use --noImageFiles option,All files are created.
If you use --noImageFiles option,Ovf file and mf file are  not created.
　
If anyone has a similar disability, please tell me the solution.

I fixed this issue by upgrading ovf tool 4.3.0 to the latest 4.4.3.
Everything is doing well.
