I am facing the error while opening the windows 2003 vm though VM player,for more details plz

the same problem i'm facing in regular interval of time say 3 days..
first i encounter this problem i restarted the system and then reload the vm its working fine..
Same problem again today so like as previous i restarted the system but its not resolved?
