Admittedly, the license is not 100% clear, but it does give you permission to distribute internally and I can't imagine what you would want to do that for if you couldn't use it!
You can apply to VMware and request official permission to distribute VMware Player within your organization. VMware simply asks that you complete an online form for internal review. Once approved you can move forward with your project.
