I have been trying to get autofit to work in a VM running a Vista guest on an Ubuntu 9.10 host. The display adapter shows up as Standard VGS Graphics Adapter under VIsta device manager. No matter how many times I re-install VMTools, I always end up with this adapter. Unity appears to work just fine, i just cannot get window autofit to work. I am running VMplayer 3.0.
