another vm machine in fault

hi

i have an issue with a vm loading it keeps going into repair

this is on a windows 10 vm this issue was after a power down when  loading a program ?

does anyone have a fix , ive tried repair in advanced , 

i hope you can help

What might this have to do with VMware Workstation?

Some questions:

  • Where's the VM stored? On a local drive, or an external (e.g. an USB connected) drive?
  • Can you confirm that the VM's folder is not being replicated by OneDrive?
  • Is the VM's folder (the VM's *vm* files) excluded from being A/V scanned?
