XP Pro question and issue

I have just installed XP Pro as a guest, and have a couple questions and issues I hope someone can help me with. I did use the Easy install selections which also loaded in the VM Tools, etc. and the installation went flawless in installing XP Pro.

1) I need to install SP2 and SP3, but it requires Administrator which is normal. But,how do I set that in VM Player?

2) I need to change the display, but I am not allowed to make any changes such as full screen, etc. Nothing is selected when I look at the Hardware... Display settings.

3) How do I activate my wireless access?

Sorry for the question - I uninstalled/Re-installed the VM Tools, and that took care of everything it looks like.

In XP, the account created by Easy Install has admin rights, so you don't need to do anything special.
