Windows Guest not starting after AMD Radeon GPU Driver installation

Hello, I'm new in the Linux world. After I have installed my gpu card driver (AMD Radeon RX 570) in my system, any guest operating system not starting when Accelerate 3D Graphics is enabled.

I have no idea where to starting to look for solution.
This is the last line of VMware log:

Panic: monitor not available, skipping monitor coredump.

VMWare Workstation 16 Player: 16.1.1 build-17801498
OS is Ubuntu 20.04.2 and I have installed the official gpu drive from here 
I also installed Linux Mint 20.1 and I get the same result after driver installation.

I appreciate any help on that

Have you tried adding the line

mks.gl.allowUnsupportedDrivers="TRUE"

to the vmx configuration file?
