Why cant' VNC after changed host machine?

Currently I'm running VMware player 3.0 on Windows XP pro host machine, but I'm facing problem to vnc my guest machines(VMs) after I change/move the VMs into another host. Although all the settings and configurations were the same but it seems like both hosts outcome was differ. I need some help on figure out the reason why I can't VNC in to my VMs after I changed/move those VMs into another host machine?

Have you verified the network addresses of the virtual machines on your new host?

Are you using Bridged, Nat, or Host-Only connection type?

The NAT and Host-Only networks have likely changed, as they are randomly generated when Player is installed on a PC.

I'm using Bridged connection type. The hosts was an IU mount server rack with 2 LAN port. But I already disable 1 of them.
