I run Ubuntu from Vmware. My host OS is XP Win. When I tried to set up serial port on guest machine (Ubuntu) ,I had problems with input. I managed to get output from serial port, but I can not send any commands. Input doesn't works nevertheless application used (minicom or cutecom). The version of Vmware I use is 3.0.1 build-227600. Did anybody have similar problem and managed to fix it? :smileyconfused:
