VmWare Workstation 14 Player

Hey i have some problems when i try to start a Virtual Machine, it says "This hos does not support virtualizing real mode. The intel "VMX Unregistered Guest" feature is necessary to run the virtual machine on an Intel Processor. Module CPUIDEarly power on failed. Failed to start the Virtual Machine". This is the first time i get this message. I have a windows 10 pc with a Xeon w3530 Processor.

Unfortunately, you are out of luck.  Workstation Player 12.x is the highest you can go with that CPU in your host.
