After installed on Windows 10 and I attempt the first launch, and I select the free version for non-commercial use this splash screen shows up but nothing ever happens. It just stays here forever! I uninstalled it and re-installed it several times, using different combinations of the options, but nothing worked it just shows this splash screen and never changes. I cant X it out either I have to end task to get this splash screen gone. I tried to repair it too, to no avail. I then used the same file on a Windows 11 system, the same file too as I just copied it over from the Windows 10 box and installed it and it WORKED. But I need it working now on my Windows 10 box, but alas all I get is this splash screen! How to fix?
