VMware in Endless Reboot Loop after Copying

I've several virtual machines which work fine on a Windows 7 x64 system.  After I copied the virtual machines to another Windows 7 x64 system running identical hardware, virtual machines fail to boot.  The Windows displays "Windows is loading files", than it would reboot and repeat the same sequence endlessly.  The is the same with Windows XP, 7, 8, 2008 virtual machines.   I've uninstall and re-install the VMware Player.

Your help is greatly appreciated.
