When I start the VMware Player program I get white window, like when a window is not responding. And in about 5-10 seconds the window with my guest systems appears like it should. Sometimes it is faster, I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64Bit, 4GB, Core 2 Duo 2.66Ghz.
