VMWare Player 17 Linux host Windows 10 Guest
When changing settings in Windows 10 guest, get the following error before VMware crash:
VMware Player unrecoverable error (mks)
ISBRendererComm: lost connection to mksSandbox(3093)
Found posts on this problem from VMWare Workstation 16 suggesting a fix by adding the following to the preferences file:
mks.enableX11Presentation= "TRUE"
mks.enableVulkanPresentation= "FALSE"
Thus far, VMWare Player has not crashed, but should the above fix continue to work, or does anyone have any other solutions to suggest?
