VMs not starting anymore

I've recently upgraded my host windwows and now I can't start a single VM. I've tryed uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing  change. I tryed reading through vmware.log but I don't know anything abou this. I've spotted the line

2023-04-13T14:16:20.120Z In(05) vmx Win32U_GetFileAttributes: GetFileAttributesExW("C:\Users\ninja\OneDrive - ghostprison\Documenti\Virtual Machines\Ubuntu 22.10\Ubuntu 22.10.vmpl", ...) failed, error: 2

but I can't go further.
Can anyone help me?

I actually find the error

Failed to create virtual processor 0, res 0xc0350050

I ask to GPT an I find out it's because vmware can't create a virtual processor due to an issue with the processor resource allocation.
Can anyone help?

Try moving the VM folder out of your OneDrive

if you delete the VM from VMware Workstation BUT DO NOT DELETE FROM DISK, then add it or open the VM by navigating to the correct folder, do you get a different outcome?
