While shutting down my windows 10 computer I had a prompt to "Force VMWare Shutdown"
( i forgot to shutdown vm)
So I clicked yes.
Now on restart I cannot open any VM's. I deleted all .lck files.
But cannot delete the .vmem file.
It appears to be lock in.
Help?
Not sure if this will help, but when I have to recover from an adventure that requires deleting the .lck files, I also have to sometimes use Ctrl-Alt-Delete to get to the Task Manager on the Host and shut down all the VMWare processes, then reboot the host. I am then able to open my VM...
