VMWare Workstation 9.x

I have an older version of VM (Workstation 9.x), due to Security/Vulnerabilities I am unable to run/update it appropriately. 

Is it possible to Upgrade from Workstation 9.x -to- Workstation 16??  if so, what is the Link to do so?

The current release is version 16.x. So you should probably just download it straight from the VMware website and then uninstall version 9.x and install 16.x. You won't be eligible for upgrade pricing. Upgrade pricing is valid for two major releases prior (in this case 14.x and 15.x) so you would have to pay full price.

Considering you have a very old version of Workstation, note the hardware requirements and host OS requirements for version 16.

For CPUs, Intel CPUs from Westmere microarchitecture or newer is required. AMD requires Bulldozer or newer.

For host OS, Windows 7 is no longer supported as host OS.
