VMWare Player and Hyper-V are not compatible even after Hyper-V is dissabled and virtualization on

I am using VMware 15 Player, I created a Ubuntu 64-bit virtual machine, but when I start the VM I am getting the folliwing error

"VMWare Player and Hyper-V are not compatible. Remove the Hyper-V role fro the system before running VMWare player"

I tried the following:

Disabling Hyper-V in "Turn on WIndows features on or off" and by Command line

I enabled virtualization in the BIOS, virtualization is enabled in Task Manager but appears disabled in Intel Processor Identification Utility

My OS is Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit Build 18363.1379 and using a processor Intel i9-9980HK

I will appreciate any idea to solve this problem. Thank you in advance.

Make sure you're not using VBS or WSL2, either of which silently enabled Hyper-V support.

Or upgrade your Windows to 2004 and Workstation to v15.5.5 or newer.
