VM and game start lag when i start addon on host for a game

hi all i've installed VMware for run a bot in a game, and play manually the same game in other account in main PC.

this all woork good and all it s fluid with good FPS 

but when i launch an addon on main pc for the game , the VM start lag hard and FPS go from 60 to 10/5 

if i close the add on the VM and the game in the VM start work good again 

the vm have 10 GB ram 

4 core 

my hardwere are

i7 10700 octacore +HT 3.8>5.1 GHz

32gb ram

ASRock Z490 PRO 4 

ssd kingtston A2000 m.2 NVMe 500gb

RTX3060ti zotac 

VMsettings 

10 gb ram 

processor 4 

virtualization all off

HDD 60gb

how can i fix it ? i miss something into the setup of the vm ? thank you all

by the way i m stuck i m trying to give more ram and core to vm but this add on still continue slow VM. and he don t run on it beacause he run only on host
