VM Player 6.0.0 & 6.0.1 Full Screen Key-Combo Ctrl-Alt-Enter not working on clean install of any version of supported host Windows OS x86 or x64 (XP,Vista,7,8). Downgrading back to 5.0.2 and below will work perfectly. Sometimes the fullscreen key-combo will work a few times after hitting it 20+times. Definitely a bug. For those who relying on key-shorcut rather than clicking on the icons, this is a painful issue. I think I will stick with v5.0.2 for now until issues can be fixed.
