To disable mitigations

I installed vmware workstation player 16. To disable mitigations it tells me to go to Options, Advanced, and there to uncheck it. But when I go to Options I don't have Advanced (see bellow). What to do?

I added

ulm.disableMitigations="TRUE"

To the .vmx and that error went away.

But I still have this other error when I try to Pause the VM:

“VMware Player unrecoverable error: (vcpu-0)

Exception 0xc0000005 (access violation) has occurred.

A log file is available in "D:\XP-DOS2\vmware.log".   “

And after this I get this error:

“Error while suspending: Transport (VMDB) error -14: Pipe connection has been broken.”
