OK, what's happening? Semi-broken XP Mode imports ( http://communities.vmware.com/message/1866470#1866470) since months, no VMWare tools on the servers since weeks.. And the support staff seems to be completely unaware that these problems exist even.
Is there already an official fixed date for the burial of VMWare Player or what gives?
I would really like to know what's happening to this software, so that I could plan ahead. VMWare people, If the player has no future, just say so and be done with it.
