I have searched the forums and can't find an answer to my particular problem. My host is Ubuntu Feisty and my guest is Windows XP. Sound works perfectly in Ubuntu host, but I can't get it to work in my guest, XP. In my vmx file, sound is set to "TRUE" and it is set for sound blaster 16. But in the audio section in Windows control panel, it says that there are no audio devices. I have vmware tools installed.
Any ideas?
