Solved. Windows 10 does not CPU number

Hello!

VMware Player version: 16.2.1 build-18811642

Host OS: Windows 10 Home, 64-bit (Build 22000.434) 10.0.22000

I make VM with windows 10 home and with configuration: 1 CPU 2 Gb RAM. After i'm increase number CPU and RAM to 4 CPU and 6Gb RAM, boot guest OS, RAM is Updated, CPU number is recognized by Device Manager, but Task manager display only 1 vCPU (also look system realy use only 1 CPU, simple tasks make 100% cpu load).

I found articles where say need change number cpu ins boot configuration of msconfig, but this option display only 1 possible cpu for use.

Tried boot from linux iso on this VM, it's display coorect number cpu.

Can you help determine problem side? Is it windows or vmware issue?

UPD: This is limitation of windows 10 home in VM environment
