I am new to this. I have a computer that will be in a server room not connected to the internet but only recording data from a camera system and operating a badge reader for security gates. I need to install a different operating system due to a miscommunication between the system retailer and the software provider. VMWare seemed to be the best solution to be able to run a second operating system on a fully configured computer that is running windows 10 Enterprise LTSC vers.1808.
Now that I have the VMWare software and paid for the business license, I can not get past some Hyper-V/Win10 upgrade issues. I put in a ticket with VMWare support and they will get back to me in 24 hours. Unfortunately, it's down to the wire and I need this done ASAP.
Is this a good forum to seek support?
