Seeing my computer files from inside VMware Workstation

This is probably a novice question.

I am running Qbasic on Dos 6.22 in vmware. Problem is, I cannot see / navigate to the qbasic programs I have stored in my laptop (C drive). Matter of fact, I cannot see anything in the C drive.

What do I have to do?

One option is to create a CD-ROM (.iso) image with your games, and attach it to the VM (assuming that you have the CD-ROM drivers loaded in DOS). Alternatively, do this with a Floppy disk (.flp) image.

Another option is to enable networking, install the AMD PCNet driver and the MS Lanman client and TCP/IP protocol.  Then you can connect via standard SAMBA/CIFS network sharing.
