Second mouse usb connection

I have tried to use a second mouse & keyboard for the VM unfortunately I wasnt able to. once I changed the settings in my VM to show all usb connections it doesnt do that and on top of the VM there only the basic connections to the VM. Can someone please help me to figure it out? Thanks in advance!

Try adding the line

usb.generic.allowHID = "TRUE"

to the vmx file of the VM. It looks like you really have to have two mouse device. If only trackpad and mouse it will not allow you to disconnect the mouse.

I have tried to do that as well but it doesnt seems to work I cant see my usb connections in the corner of the machine as my first pic showed or in the menu as yours.
