Problems when starting virtual machine

I am moving a virtual machine to a new pc, which is win 10 64 bits. and when I open it, it generates this error message. can you help me?

Welcome to the Community,

has the VM been properly powered off on the "old" host? In case it's been suspended you may try to see whether the VM's folder contains a .vmss file, and delete it to see if this resolves the issue.

If this doesn't help, please post a screenshot which shows all of the VM's files (along with their sizes, and time stamps), and attach the latest vmware.log file from the VM's folder to a reply post.

Dear.

Thanks for your help, but I have not had positive results.

Try with the machine turned off and look for the .vmss that it mentions but it is not.

Verify the computer BIOS is enable Intel VT-X.
