Sorry, I wanted to ask here maybe I find a solution.
I am learning to program in C and bash from Ubuntu terminal for the university and I had the codes saved for a year on a virtual machine created. For a week (perhaps with a few too many updates on Windows or synchronization with OneDrive), the virtual machine created no longer reboots, as if it were internally damaged.
Is there any way to recover the saved codes?
Thank you in advance.
You must state which VMware product you are using to run the VM.
It is the common VmWare Workstation 16 Player; with it, i've created an Ubuntu simulator and i used it for learning both C language and bash programming from Ubuntu terminal.
It worked always very well, but in the last week it was very slow (even for open a new tab on terminal!); decided to restart all the virtual machine, now it is "freezed", because it shows like a fatal error opening.
Thank you for reading the messages.
There is an area dedicated to Workstation Player, a moderator should be along to move your thread there - the {code} area is for SDK matters.
