Has anybody has any success installing the Player on the latest release of Fedora? Looking this is the issue in the installer log but I'm unsure how to try & troubleshoot it.
Thanks!

Adding the --ignore-errors when running the installer gets it over the line & it appears to run with any problems.

Performed a download of Fedora 32: x86_64 DVD ISO recently and installed Fedora desktop with no challenges on VMware Workstation Player 15.
Check updates perhaps on host machine and VMware. Best of luck
Thanks for the reply. I'm trying to install the VMplayer in Fedora Linux so it is the host machine.
Found that Workstation has the same issue.

According to that post, neither Fedora 31 or 32 are supported. Bit of a problem as Fedora 30 won't get any further security updates from RedHat after May 31st.
Guess will just have to wait & see if any future updates offer support.

Forgive me for posting this here but your messaging didn't seem to work. I share your surname, from Toms River, NJ, USA, formerly of The Bronx, New York, USA. My given name is Tim. Are we related in any way besides an interest in virtualization? In any case, be well. Do forgive me if I've asked you this before. I'm almost 60 and my memory is not what it used to be.
