Need help to reset administrator password

I created a VM; on my PC that has on it Windows 10; using the VM Workstation 16. Then I installed the operating system Windows server 2019. I forgot the administrator password for windows server 2019. How can I reset and retrieve or create a new administrator password ? the administrator password is probably locked after many times that I tried to log in.

1. You posted this thread in an area about a vSphere security advisory even though you’re using Workstation.

2. This issue is entirely a Windows matter, nothing to do with you running in a VM on Workstation - a Microsoft forum would be a better place to ask.
