Need help setting up hosts on different networks

I have 3 VMs and I want to put each of them in their own subnet, while still allowing them to communicate with eachother.  I'm not sure if this can be done with vmware player, wouldn't I need some kind of routing?

I thought about adding 2 interface to each machine, one is network bridged and will be set up on its own network, the other would be "host only" but that doesn't seem to work.

With VMware Player 4, you might have been abe to do this with older versions also, you can create LAN segments.  So you could create 3 LAN segments and attach each of your 3 VMs to a different segment.  You will need a 4th VM to route traffic between these 3 segments.  Have a look at Vyatta http://www.vyatta.org/

That should work. Please post the IP configuration of each guest (Windows: ipconfig /all; Linux ifconfig -a and the routing table) while you use that configuration.
