Minimum Hardware to load a VM Image of a NT4 Srv

All,

We have a legacy NT4 Server Application running on a P4 Based System.

I am new to VM-Ware and looking to create a VM image of the server and run it on test lab hardware (cheap chassis) then move to a higher end server.

With that noted what is the highest versions of VM Player and Converter that I can run on a Dell 1750 Server 32bit Xeon / Win 7 Ultimate?

(Cheap Lab Hardware) Dell 1750 Server which has following specs:

  Win 7 Ultimate (32bit)

  PROCESSOR..., XEON 2.8GHZ,  512K, 533,
DUAL IN-LINE MEMORY MODULE...,  8gig however (4gig available on 32bit OS)
COMPACT DISK DRIVE..., 650M, I,  INTERNAL..., THIRD HEIGHT..., 24X, SAMSUNG..., BLACK...

FLOPPY DRIVE..., 1.44M, 3.5"  FORM FACTOR
CONTROLLER..., PE1750, RAID ON MOTHER BOARD...,
  HARD DRIVE..., 300GB, S,  U320..., 10K, 1IN, 80P, IBM...
Thanks in advance
