Installing W xp on the Player from the Recovery CD of a different computer?

Thanks to the help I received here W xp runs on the Player using the Windows XP Mode

I am however wondering whether W xp could also have been installed on the VMware Player (or Workstation) from the file 60GT290E.ACR on the W xp Recovery CD of one of my previous computers, an Acer TM 290 E? The installation of this W xp would now obiously be on a different, newer computer. For your information: In addition to the mentioned recovery file the same CD contains also a sort of "general" file containing:

That is an OEM Manufacture Specific Disc and may only be installed on the product it came with!
