How to make vwmare and host operating system use same serial port simultaneously??

hi,every one,good day~

I found that vwmare player will hold the serial port connection after startup,but this cause another application in host operation system cant connect to the serial port,of coz,if i disconnect the vwmare's connection,the other app can use the port properly,but i have to use the two apps simultaneously,

how to share the serial port between vwmare and host operating system??

Unfortunately, you cannot do this. 2 different operating systems can not be owners of the same physical device at the same time. Either the host controls the port, or the guest does.
