How to make the screen of Vmware Player3 the same size with Windows Server 2003 ?

Folks,

Hello. I install Windows Server 2003 in Vmware Player 3. But the horizontal scroll and vertical scroll in Vmware Player screen are much longer than the screen of Win3K3. It's really not convenient to use the OS Win2K3. Can any folks tell me how to make the screen size of Vmware Player 3 the same size with Win2K3 ?
