How to install Windows Multipoint Server Evaluation Copy in VMWare Player?

Has anyone tried this with VMWare Player? The automatic setup works, but the logon doesn't work, because the virtual keyboard is not accepted by the VM. I set the the VM type to Server 2008 R2 and assigned 3GB of RAM.

IDK, it worked on mine.  I downloaded Mulitpoint Server Eval and installed in Player with Easy Install wizard.

Have you tried rebooting the virtual machine?  Reboot VM into safe mode?  Reboot host?

I tried everything and gave it up now. I created a VHD with the WIM2vhd script and did native boot. This works fine. I have no idea why it fails under VMWare.
