How to Reduce Hard Disk Allocation

Hi, I'm new to VM.  I've allocated 500MB hard disk - and want to reduce this now to 50 instead - can someone please help me work out how to do this?  I'm happy to uninstall and reinstall everything if that is easy enough to do?

I'm using VM Workstation 12 Player.

Don't hassle - i just deleted the VM from Disk.

Usually what I do in cases like this is to run Converter and just clone the VM to another one with smaller disks.
