I followed the instructions when VMWare was installed and the autorun option got disabled......

How do I enable it.....

You can enable Autorun in the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Cdrom and set AutoRun value to 1
