Help logging into to a customers VM.

I am new to VM and was given the login info to one of my customers VM. He told me to download VM Player and provided me the login in server, user name and password. 

I do not see where I can enter in this info to access their VM. How do I enter in this host info? Is VM Player the correct application that I need to use?

Welcome to the Community - I  hope your customer also sent you the files that make up your virtual machine - if they then what you will need to do is install VMplayer and use it to open the virtual machine that -
