Heavy mouse lag when using VMWare player through remote desktop

Hi everyone!

I have VMWare Player installed on my office computer, which I frequently access from home using remote desktop. The OS is Windows XP on the host, as well as on the VM. Since I updated to Player 3.0, I experience very heavy mouse lag when ever I use the VM. This was never an issue with the previous version.

Any ideas?

I might add that the problem appears only when using the VM through remote desktop. When I use my office computer directly, eveything is fine.
