I use VMware Player 7.1.2 build-2780323 for a variety of testing purposes. One of the things I am noticing is that some of the files I encounter in the virtual environment are showing up in the Host machine. For example, if I download a file in the virtual OS machine, that file eventually shows up in:
C:\Users\sean\AppData\Local\VMware....
Maybe the intent of the files showing here was backup, but the problem for me is that if I am working with files that could corrupt the Host machine, that's a problem. Is there a way to eliminate this function?
