Guest cannot connecto to Host but other hosts it can

I recently created a CentOS 7 VM using Workstation 16 Player but it cannot connect to Host.

Guest can ping other hosts in the network
Other hosts in the network can ping guest
Host cannot ping guest
Guest cannot ping host

To clarify, I'm using ping to test connectivity, but any connection fails.
For example, when I test SSH from host to guest, it fails as well.

PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> Test-NetConnection -ComputerName 192.168.1.202 -Port 22
WARNING: TCP connect to (192.168.1.202 : 22) failed
WARNING: Ping to 192.168.1.202 failed with status: TimedOut

Since Guest has connectivity to other hosts in the same network and to Internet, I think that implies that there is no firewall issue on the guest side.
For sake of testing, I disabled Windows host and CentOS firewall and tested ping but with no avail.

My guest VM was created with bridged network adapter.
My host and guest IP addresses are the following:
Host: 192.168.1.3/24
Guest: 192.168.1.202/24

Adapter VMnet1 and VMnet8 are present and with valid IPs.
