Hello,
I'm not sure whether the problem I'm running into is a problem of VM player or Linux Mint.
After a kernel update on the Host system (Linux Mint 20.3) I started the Guest OS (Linux Mint 21.1).
At the start of vmware it shows a message that some re-compiling were necessary. After that was completed I started into the Guest OS
and it goes into the Linux emergency mode and basically I can't launch the guest OS the 'normal' way anymore.
It creates a lck file in the vm directory. I not even can reboot vmware since it saying vm is busy.
I'm hoping someone can help on this issue (or should I post it in a Linux Forum).
