Getting error in VM

HI Folks,

 

i have tried installing vmware workstation 7,8,9,12 in my persona pc and i chose existing virtual disk while editing the settings of virtual machine but i'm getting error(i have attached screenshot).

My PC details

OS: windows 7 ultimate 64 Bit

Processor: intel core i5

RAM:8 GB

 

kindly help me to resolve this issue.

 

P.S. when the same versions of software are installed in window 10 core i3 processor it's working fine.

As far as I know error 0x000007b has to do with a corrupted system file.

it seems there is a corrupted system file in the existing virtual disk you are using.

I would do this:
Create a new VM with new virtual disk files and try again with the installation.
