If you're going from the same version of VMware Player on one Host to the same version of VMware Player on another Host then all you need to do is copy the contents of the folder that contains the files that comprise the Virtual Machine from one system to another. Note: Each instance of Windows need to be properly licensed for the number of instances you're running. Additionally if you intend to run the copy at the same time as the original on the same Network you'll need to make the copy unique to avoid the typical replication issues.
If this is not acceptable then provide relevant details and explain why copying isn't an option for you.
